Since middle school, I've been jealous of my friends' big eyes, so I used double eyelid glue or tape every morning.
My mom, dad, and older sister all have double eyelids... I heard double eyelids are dominant~ Why am I the only one~ without them,,,!!! T_T
I used double eyelid glue and tape for almost 2 years, and my eyelids started to droop...
I didn't have double eyelids, so I lacked confidence, and I nagged and nagged my parents with the ridiculous excuse that my eyes were heavy and I couldn't concentrate on studying, and
I finally got double eyelid surgery. ^^ They won't know my changed face anyway when I go to high school, haha.
Originally, I looked into big hospitals, but there were too many people and it was too complicated. I also heard that many places do proxy surgeries, so I felt uneasy.
I decided on Apex through an acquaintance.
As soon as I entered the hospital, unlike the atmosphere of a large hospital, it felt cozy. It wasn't crowded because it's 100% by appointment,
and they proceeded with the consultation at the scheduled time.
Unlike other hospitals, here, I had a consultation with the director first. That's what I trusted the most~
I couldn't even see the director's face at other hospitals and just had a consultation with the consultation manager.
I was worried that my eyes wouldn't be suitable for the buried suture method because I had used double eyelid glue and tape for too long~
But they said it was possible with the buried suture method because it wasn't drooping too much~
After the consultation, I booked the surgery for the earliest possible date and finally got the buried suture double eyelid surgery. It was my first time getting plastic surgery, so I was very scared and nervous...
But the director, manager, and nurses were so kind that I gradually relaxed.
For 3 days after the surgery, I was worried because the swelling was severe and it looked unnatural, but after time passed and the swelling went down, I got the in-out line I wanted.
I'm so happy that I don't have to use double eyelid glue or tape every morning~^^ It's so natural that only my close friends know I had surgery, and no one else knows~
I'm so, so happy that my face is prettier and it doesn't look like I had plastic surgery~ ㅋㅋ
But strangely~ it really feels lighter when I open my eyes, so I study better too, haha. I wasn't lying ^^.
When I get closer to my friends, I'll let them know I had surgery and bring them with me~^^
